Working in Mio Restaurant, Chef de Cuisine reports to Executive Chef.We hire motivated people who we train to perform superbly, while we create an environment where they can flourish. We have been ranked in FORTUNE Magazine’s 100 Best Companies to work for since 1998.What you will do1.Ensures that all guests contact culinary employees provide exceptional guest service at all times.2.Ensures that employees also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.What you bring1.College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience is required.2.Two to three years in manager position.3.A working knowledge of division operations. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.4.Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems5.Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.6.Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required.What we offer

Schedule & Hours
  • 40 working hours per week
  • Willing to take flexible shifts arrangement based on work requirements
