Validate, approve and post PO and non-PO invoices Calculate VAT, tax and withholding tax.
Verify supplier documentation for compliance with country legal & tax requirements.
Pay vendors by scheduling payment runs.
Respond to all vendor enquiries regarding finance and manage exceptions.
Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including vendors, facilities and colleagues.
Handle complex issues escalated from analyst level. Escalate it to coordinator level in case no resolution.
Resolve issues, serving as a resource in troubleshooting complex matters and ensuring that problems are responded to in a timely manner.
Drive communication with internal audit teams and external audit companies.
Continue to improve the payment process.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance equivalent.
Minimum 2 - 5 years’ experience in Accounts Payables area.
SAP and Business Warehouse knowledge is preferred.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
A good understanding of general accounting processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and providing top notch customer service.
Being a team player with a can-do-mentality.
How Would You Stand Out?
Background of study abroad is much preferred.
Good command of Thai language is considered a plus.
Certified Lean Six Sigma is advantageous.
