Define overall Data Driven Engineering process inside engineering and sync w/ PLTF
Identify competence gap and leading the training material preparation to close related gap
Work together with PRM define the business model of the Data
Leading the standard technical solution of DbS (incl. Feature/ARC/PMT), support TPM/PCM to convience customer
Tracking the data usage/analytic inside Engineering.
Qualifications
Major in System Engineering, Software development, SW project management; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in SW development/ SW project management in Vehicle Chassis area/ Data Mining and development
Experience with SW development or SW project management.
Experience with Data handling or data driven development
Knowledge of EEA & general SW architecture in Vehicle Chassis
Knowledge of Cloud architecture for Data Transfer and storage
Knowledge of Software/Data development PMT
Ability to leading the team to achieve common target
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
