A medical degree at least Master level and MD level preferred
Extensive experience within the Life Sciences industry, particularly in clinical development.
Strong knowledge in Metabolic, Renal and or Cardio Therapeutics Area
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical trial processes for China
Track record with early stage trials such as IIT, Phase I and Phase II is preferred.
Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commitment to advancing medical science and improving patient outcomes.
