- Own forward-looking sales and margin reporting, including expected-versus-actual margin and cost variance analysis to identify profitability gaps across customers, products, and operations.
- Track customer claims and chargebacks, perform root-cause analysis, and support resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze freight, duty, drayage, and inventory-related costs, identify anomalies, and provide actionable insights to operations and finance teams.
- Conduct detailed OPEX analysis, covering cost drivers, variances, and trends to support performance management and business decisions.
- Support internal and customer quarterly business reviews by coordinating data inputs, preparing data packs, trend analyses, and ad-hoc deep dives for management.
- Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve transparency across recurring reports and analytical processes.
- 5-8 years of experience in business analytics, commercial finance, operations finance, or operations analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is preferred; exposure to SQL is an advantage, and Python knowledge is a plus.
- Comfortable working directly with source systems rather than relying solely on dashboards.
- Strong analytical mindset with solid problem-solving and follow-up capabilities, able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience supporting commercial, supply chain, or operations teams in a business-facing finance role is preferred.
