  • Responsible to provide guest services and handle the set-up of daily reservations and check in and check out of guest in accordance with the objective, performances and quality standard established by Shangri-La Group.
根据香格里拉集团的目标、执行标准和质量标准,负责给客人提供接机服务和处理日常预订、入住和退房业务。
  • Ensure all guest requests are being complied.

  • Handle guest complaints effectively.

  • Motivate and ensure staff perform to the high service level required,maximizing total customer loyalty as well as positive overall stay experience.

  • Provide coaching and counseling on standards and procedures for the department.

  • Minimum 1 year in the same position in 5* international hotel

  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
