As aService Manager - L&D, we rely on you to:
- Assesses training needs based on Performance Monitor Report, Performance Development Reviews, employee feedback, guest comments, business result, observation, among others.
- Develops annual training plan for general skills, knowledge, languages, and areas for improvement based on the result of training need analysis and revise when needed. Conduct training sessions with qualified training skills and coaching skills.
- Assists in identifying training needs for each department. And review monthly departmental training plan.
- Maintains effective internal communication with Dept. Heads.
- Support hotel audits with essential training records and follow company policy as well as local authority guideline in training related area.
- Assists the DHR in administering HR policies and procedures, promoting company culture and creating a learning environment, and assisting all other HR related activities and programs.
- Practices and role-models the Shangri-La Culture.
- Has a passion for Human Resources.
- Possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel.
- With excellent speech and coaching skills.
- With good communication and people management skills.
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English.
- Have strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task.
- Enjoys interacting with people.
