Key Responsibilities:

Work as a Business Analyst (BA) to identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirements gathering, and define scope and objectives for ERP, PLM, and MES systems.
Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be achieved through corresponding business systems.
Research business requirements, develop detailed specifications, and validate system solutions with business stakeholders.
Provide oversight on project delivery.

Key Competencies:

5 to 10+ years of experience in similar or related job roles. Experience in industrial product industry is preferred.
Solid experience with different modules, including sales, supply chain, production, and finance, for ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
Proven experience in IT project management with a track record of successful project deliveries as an IT project manager.
Good knowledge of PLM applications, such as Windchill.
Good understanding of MES systems, particularly in the discrete manufacturing industry.
Strong communication skills and experience in engaging with business stakeholders to drive project initiatives.
