Responsible for EM mech. structure design related to EM system including EM housing, A/B shield plate, interface to eAxle reducer.3. Responsible for the EM cooling system design4. Responsible for 2D , 3D drawings and process related development.5. Responsible for mechanic. simulation(FEA)6. Prepare related products FMEA , Focus matrix7. Responsible for technical review and communication with customers and suppliers;8. Support quality department to solve outsourcing quality problems and customer quality issues;Qualifications1. Master degree or above in Mechanic design/Electronics/Electrical, etc.2. Experience in power electronics mech. development for automotive motor controller3. Knowledge on electronics, electrical, mechanics, auto-control4. Basic understanding of automotive components and control system5. Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit6. English written and verbal7. Willingness to work and interact in international teams
