- Conduct the sales of traditional products and service products through telemarketing, enhancing communication efficiency.
- Create, track and close business opportunities that can be handled remotely.
- Prepare quotation materials based on customer needs, closely track quotations and communicate with customers to shorten the customer order confirmation cycle and increase the order confirmation rate.
- Actively communicate and coordinate with field sales team and other relevant teams to ensure the completion of orders.
- Promote the implementation of the online order platform to distributors and handle special orders.
- Work in coordination with field sales to develop collaborative development plans for direct sales customers, maximizing customer output. Handle daily orders from framework agreement customers and direct sales major customers.
- Actively develop new customers. Through new industry expansion, dormant customer awakening methods, develop new potential customers.
- Follow up on business needs with the company's 400 hotline and identify or convert business opportunities.
- Effectively communicate with customers over the phone, accurately identify target customers and efficiently reach out, explore customer needs, facilitate customer appointment meetings, facilitate business cooperation, and achieve performance targets.
- Communicate regularly with cooperative customers and potential customers to establish good long-term cooperative relationships.
- Regularly edit, modify, and maintain telephone communication scripts, optimize telemarketing processes.
- Collect market trends, including competitor information, and provide suggestions for the marketing and sales activities.

- 配合现场销售,对直销客户形成协同开发方案,最大化客户产出。处理来自框架协议客户和直销大客户的日常订单。
- 积极拓展新客户。通过新行业拓展,沉睡客户唤醒等方式,开发新的潜力客户。
- 配合公司400热线跟进业务需求,并发现或转化业务机会。
- 通过电话与客户进行有效沟通,精准识别目标客户并高效触达,挖掘客户需求,推动客户预约会面,促成业务合作,达成业绩目标。
- 定期与合作客户和潜在客户进行沟通,建立良好的长期合作关系。
- 定期编辑、修改、维护电话沟通话术,优化电销流程。
- 收集市场信息,包括竞争对手情况,对公司的营销活动提出建议。
- 经理安排的其他任务。
- University degree or above, Engineering background is a plus.
- At least 5 years related working experience, Industrial/machinery industry background is plus.
- Knowledge of Sales process
