
Sales Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Partner with the AGL Sales Managers in building the sales team level sales tactics, goals and mechanisms
- Lead the Rhythm of Business for support sales team have a deep understanding of business metrics to provide recommendations and guidance to the managers
- Develop a robust metrics to monitor the performance and execute on initiative to drive efficiency improvement
- Assist Sales Managers in forecasting, pipeline management and reviews
- Generate ad hoc and monthly recurring analyses for goal tracking and operational performance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
