What you will doThis person will join the Fire Services project team in Hong Kong. He/she will monitor and supervise installation activities and make sure the projects are completed on time & within budget. Also ensure the design and installation of Fire Services equipment’s are within project scope and comply with the requirements of local authorities and clients.How you will do it
Act as on-site project leader and supervise a team of engineering staff in executing projects
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Maintain the relationship with the client, vendors and all stakeholders
Prepare quotations for instructions, interim payment application and final accounts
What we look forRequired
Degree holder in Electronics / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
With a minimum of 5 years’ experience which shall relate to project management in Fire Services
Preferred
Excellent interpersonal, leadership and site supervision skills
Strong organizing, planning ability with problem solving skills
