职位描述 PrimaryResponsibilities 主要职责

Consistentlyoffer professional, friendly and engaging service.
Direct andlead the day to day Spa operation ensuring all standards are followed.
Prepareannual budgets for all departments within the Spa; ensuring productivity andexpense controls are followed to maximize revenue opportunities.
Promote andsell customized Spa programs to conference groups and individuals.
Work withHotel\Regional Sales and Marketing departments.
Maintainthorough knowledge of competitors; including location, product offering,pricing, promotion and sales techniques.
Create andlead the implementation of 12-month marketing plan.
Submitmonthly report requirements; including business reports and treatment audits.
Ensure teammembers are familiar with all areas of the Spa operation, including productknowledge and retail sales.
Assist in therecruitment, development and training of all leaders and support talent.
Followdepartmental policies and procedures.
Follow all safetyand sanitation policies.
Other dutiesas assigned.

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

Previousleadership experience within the Spa field required.
University/Collegedegree in a related discipline required.
Computerliterate in Microsoft Window applications required.
Experience inthe Hotel industry an asset.
Experienceand certification in one of the Spa disciplines of fitness or therapy preferred.
Excellentcommunication and organizational skills.
Stronginterpersonal and problem solving abilities.
Highlyresponsible & reliable.
Ability tofocus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Experience ina similar role in a luxury hotel with knowledge of the China market is required.
