- As ME-CN Travel Coordinator, responsible for
- Flight booking, rental car booking, APEC card management, etc.
- Continuous optimization of travelling related processes
- Management of ME-CN administrative topics
- Meeting rooms, Gift Pool, and other administrative work (e.g. PO release, reimbursement, fix assets check, management meeting preparation, exchange within ME-CN admin community)
- Optimization of administration related processes at ME-CN
- Calendar management, arrangement of meetings and events
- Others
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience working as a department assistant.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Demonstrated experience in writing and organizing events. (Photography and videography skills are preferred)
- Detail-oriented with strong execution skills
- Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving
