Job DescriptionPosition Overview: The RPP Project manager has the overall responsibility for the results of handling RPP project management towards RPP Target, with a focus on achieving target PPC and design-to-cost objectives. The role involves the end-to-end management of project phases, from idea generation and feasibility studies to measures implementation and reporting.Responsibilities:
  • Project Manager has the overall responsibility for the results of the project work according to the project agreement with the target definitions of:
  • -Technique/specification
  • -Development costs
  • -Product costs
  • -Schedules
  • -Quality
  • Systematically handling RPP projects management towards RPP target
  • Leading RPP idea generation, feasibility study, business case calculation
  • Establish and maintain a project organization with clear communication, reporting structures, and defined roles.
  • Lead the project members and the specialist teams within the defined range of the project
  • Specify manufacture requirements, freeze current requirements status and review
  • Set up, track and regular update:
  • Sample definition and plan
  • Project plan
  • Cost controlling
  • Change requirement
  • Risk management
  • Quality management
QualificationsQualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer science and technology, electronic information engineering, automation, artificial intelligence, vehicle engineering, or related majors
  • More than 5 years of project management experience in the automotive industry
  • Familiar with the processes, methods, and tools of project management
  • Understand and even be familiar with automotive infotainment systems, especially ADAS systems, as well as the current market trends of ADAS
  • Have basic hardware knowledge (electronic components, PCB, mechanical components), as well as understanding of ECU production processes
  • Outstanding communication skills under conflicting situation, proactive to drive/push project forward and result-orientation.
  • Cross departmental coordination ability, learn agility, reporting and summarizing ability
  • Be able to work under pressure, high resilience.
  • Experience in the field of autonomous driving is preferred.
  • PMP and ACP related certificates are preferred
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
