- Tax Planning & Strategy: Lead the company's overall tax planning, design and implement optimal tax structures, and provide core tax support for strategic business decisions .
- Tax Compliance & Risk Management: Oversee all tax filings, final settlements, and routine compliance activities; establish a tax risk early-warning and control system, and manage tax audits and inquiries.
- Financial Reporting & Audit: Take responsibility for preparing and reviewing financial statements and consolidated reports; act as the primary liaison for coordinating internal and external audits, including annual and special audits.
- Core Experience: Possess 4-8 years of combined experience in finance and tax, with a solid background in corporate tax management and financial reporting.
- Preferred Background: Candidates with a background in tax services from a Big Four accounting firm, or those with experience in the healthcare or cross-border investment sectors, will be highly preferred.
- Professional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or a related field; holding a CPA or CTA qualification is a strong plus.
