Take charge of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) for designated Allied suppliers, encompassing supplier performance governance, full-lifecycle contract administration, commercial negotiation, etc.What You'll do 1. Oversee end-to-end procurement operations for new product development, localization, and supply base resourcing projects, including the following key tasks:
a. Lead tendering processes for new business opportunities, leveraging advanced sourcing methodologies (e.g., reverse auctions) to optimize procurement efficiency.
b. Monitor cost-impacting changes throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to predefined cost targets.
c. Facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration between suppliers and internal Hilti teams.
d. Secure sufficient production capacity from suppliers to meet business demand forecasts.
2. Collaborate with the Team Lead to formulate and execute the Material Group Strategy, aligning sourcing initiatives with organizational strategic objectives.
3. Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with core suppliers; organize regular supplier management review meetings and drive continuous improvement of supplier KPIs through oversight and performance optimization initiatives.
4. Conduct in-depth supply market analysis to identify potential qualified suppliers and support the supplier qualification process in strict compliance with the Material Group Strategy requirements.
5. Drive sustained improvement in material cost productivity by conducting regular price negotiations with suppliers and spearheading targeted cost-saving initiatives.
6. Ensure uninterrupted supply continuity by proactively identifying potential risks, implementing preventive measures, and resolving emergent supply chain issues in a timely manner.
7. Mitigate business disruption risks across the assigned portfolio; ensure full compliance with the company’s Code of Conduct, and guarantee that supplier contracts meet the organization’s established standards and coverage requirements.What You’ll Bring 1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering and/or Business Administration, or similar.
2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in strategic sourcing or relevant disciplines within a multinational business environment.
3. Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin, with demonstrated competence in cross function business communications.
