- Analyze R&D Spending Efficiency: With Project Progress, Deviation.
- Be as inter-face towards Headquarter BU side for R&D related Report: Budget, Spending, and HC.
- HNTE R&D Spending Monitoring.
- Provide Accurate Analysis, Bring Findings, Suggestions for Mgm. Decision. (Own Performance Relevant)
- Standardize R&D Control and Continuously Improve.

- Manage the month-end close process for R&D, ensuring timely and accurate R&D cost booking and allocation by projects/cost centers.
- Lead R&D budgeting and rolling forecasting process
- Monitor R&D spending, identify deviations, analyze root causes, and drive project manager to implement corrective actions.
- Prepare R&D cost reports to present deviations, cost drivers, overruns, and opportunities for savings, to Support R&D business decision-making
- Track the effectiveness of R&D cost-saving measures and provide regular feedback to R&D management.
- Bachelor or above, majored in Accounting, Finance or Business related
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (mandatory)
- At least 3-years of work experience in the automotive industry or related fields for controlling related tasks
- Controlling Business partner in manufacturing area is a plus

- Logical thinking and mathematic analysis skills
- Collaboration and discussion / Negotiation skills
- Good Excel & PPT skill, Preferred SAP, Power BI, Tableau know-how
- Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
