- Provide overall human resources support to the line managers to ascertain their needs and recommend effective human resources solutions
- Proactively manage the needs of the client groups on annual processes such as salary & bonus review, performance management, headcount and budget planning
- Act as the key regional liaison contact for the FO business, coordinating all HR related activities and keeping the business abreast of issues and challenges.In charge of career management of talents
--set up the career management strategy as well as implementation roadmap in line with business strategy--collaborate with relevant parties to develop and promote the career development framework, process and guidelines to support talent development needs--responsible for the talent review, participate in talent review committees--responsible for talent development programs to satisfy the Bank's needs for talentsIn charge of learning and development
