- Collaborate with internal and external teams to advance quality-related work and promote cross-departmental quality coordination.
- Implement quality control in line with E-Drives products, manufacturing processes, supplier categories, and relevant quality tools (IATF, VDA, problem-solving, data analysis).
- Analyze supplier quality issues, promote effective solutions, and optimize supplier performance to improve overall quality levels.
- Apply complex supplier management methods and tools to provide comprehensive, cross-team quality solutions.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal customers to ensure smooth information flow and resolve quality-related cooperation matters.
- Mobilize top management resources at supplier sites to promote the resolution of complex quality issues.
- Lead supplier improvement projects and quality initiatives to achieve quality improvement goals.
- Manage quality projects, including monitoring progress, identifying potential risks, and escalating issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to lead the resolution of pending quality issues with clear logic and direction.
- Cooperate with plants and business units to clarify quality requirements, conduct project reviews, and monitor supplier APQP progress and audits.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of quality experience in the automotive industry, preferably focusing on project and supplier quality management.
- At least 6 years of experience in related commodity and/or technology fields.
- Proactive, results-oriented, with strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of E-Drives products, manufacturing processes, and quality tools (IATF, VDA, etc.).
- Strong ability in quality issue analysis, supplier performance optimization, and cross-team solution delivery.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively mobilize supplier top management resources.
- Proven achievements in leading supplier improvement projects and quality initiatives.
- Strong personality, able to work effectively under pressure; fluent in English.
- Proficient in MS Office, with high standards of business ethics and professional conduct.
