- Work with Product Owners and DevOps teams, and responsible for the delivery, on-going success & continuous improvement of a discrete set of products or business services, or shared products/platforms/environments that are used/consumed by other DevOps Teams
- Communicate with business to identify needs and translate client requirements into specified project briefs;
- Facilitate communication among key stakeholders from different regions and time zones
- Examine techniques, systems and processes in use and determine appropriate changes to effect improvements, reduce costs and enhance efficiency to meet business needs
- Develop logical and innovative solutions to complex problems;
- Work closely with stakeholders, developers, architects and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;
- Ensure compliance with all relevant internal control standards and external regulatory requirements;
- Maintain up-to-date understanding of the business practices and system capabilities;
- Involve in Incident Management, be an owner to applications’ incident, arrange required daily support items, and escalate properly to different support party. Report on service availability, record and log incidents in a timely manner, as well as to communicate to IT and user community.
- By applying DevOps and Agile principles and best practices, involve in DevOps team no matter from development, testing, BA, Deployment and Support area to help project delivery more efficient
- Functional and technical business analysis experience (Minimum 3 years+) working at a Tier 1 investment bank
- Previous experience of working within Agile team, and driving testing management and test automation lifecycle
- Proven, significant and demonstrable experience of analysing and documenting business requirements for global applications
- Practical experience in functional analysis and design, utilising different methodologies i.e. Use Cases, Business Process Modelling within an Agile Project environment
- Comfortable operating in an “agile” development team, self-starting, motivated, good deadline management and communication for delays, slippages.
- Proven, significant and demonstrable experience of following a structured approach to analysis, including the preparation of all related artefacts (e.g. functional system specifications etc.)
- Project management, change management and time management skills; excellent knowledge of project life cycle;
- Experience with application management and support processes
- Previous experience usage of Oracle, Linux scripting, Git, Jenkins, GENEOS, Control-M, etc.
- Experience in automating the continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Good knowledge of the project lifecycle and application development process including best practice methodologies
- Develop logical and innovative solutions to complex problems, able to handle crisis situations without any slippage on timely communication.
