- Provide technical support for the NXP wireless connectivity MCU portfolio, targeting Bluetooth LE, 802.15.4 and wifi applications.
- Design the system solutions (hardware and software) with focus on high-growth markets including Automotive, Industry, Medical and the Internet of Things (IoT), leveraging NXP wireless MCUs and the associated Software Development Kits (SDKs) to accelerate customer product development.
- Support New Product Introduction process by designing the evaluation kit and verifying its performance, as well as developing application notes or other technical documents.
- Support competition analysis and other marketing activities.
- Preferred master‘s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunication or other relevant disciplines. Candidates with a solid knowledge and extensive development experience in embedded system - particularly with wireless SoCs – will be qualified even with a bachelor’s degree.
- Very good SW knowledge and experience with C/C++, Python. Experience with RTOS (FreeRTOS or Zephyr) is preferred.
- Hands-on development experience with BLE, zigbee/Thread, wifi, TCP/IP is a strong plus. Algorithm development experience with DSP or other hardware accelerator is also a plus.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to work independently, but also need good team spirit. Fast learning capability is required.
- Very good written and verbal communication skill in Chinese and English.
- Solid knowledge/experience to measure and fine-tune the performance of wifi/BLE/802.15.4 RF system, like VSWR, noise figure/sensitivity, SNR, Tx power, linearity, EVM, co-channel and adjacent channel rejection.
- Good knowledge about antenna performance fine-tune or simulation. Good experience with ADS or other RF simulation SW.
- Familiar with test equipment for RF system.
- Good experience with MATLAB/Simulink Toolset and Python/LabView for test automation.
