USD 70K - 140K)Location Preference: APAC (Singapore, Thailand, or China)Target Start: April 2026About the CompanyOur client is building an AI-powered intelligent trading terminal for the prediction market and on-chain trading ecosystem. The platform leverages AI to transform complex market data, on-chain signals, and information flows into clear, actionable insights for traders.The RoleWe are looking for a technically strong AI leader to own the AI strategy and execution for the platform. This role is hands-on and deeply technical, focused on designing and shipping AI-native product capabilities. Depending on seniority and fit, this person may lead the technical team or operate as a high-impact individual contributor integrated with the existing engineering organization. This is NOT a product manager role.Key Responsibilities1. Own the AI direction and roadmap: market interpretation, signal extraction, information summarization, intelligent alerting, and research workflow automation2. Design and implement LLM, RAG/Retrieval, Tool Calling, and Agent Workflow solutions, integrating with multi-source data (market, on-chain, news, user behavior)3. Collaborate with product, design, data, and engineering teams to ship AI features from concept to production4. Establish evaluation, monitoring, and iteration frameworks balancing effectiveness, stability, latency, cost, and controllability5. Hands-on participation in system architecture, technology selection, and core module developmentRequirements1. 5+ years of software engineering or AI application development experience2. Proven experience building AI products from 0-to-1 or scaling from 1-to-N in production environments3. Deep familiarity with LLM applications, Prompt/Workflow design, RAG, Agents, Tool Use, and Structured Output paradigms4. Real-world experience in AI evaluation, monitoring, and optimization in production systems5. Strong software engineering fundamentals6. Strong product sense and ability to drive AI initiatives from a business value perspective7. Good communication skills in both Chinese and EnglishStrong Plus
  • Core experience at a leading AI unicorn (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, ByteDance AI Lab, Moonshot, Baichuan, etc.) or a top fintech AI division
  • Experience building AI evaluation systems, monitoring frameworks, quality gates, or rollback mechanisms
  • Player-coach leadership style: able to both execute hands-on and establish team standards
  • Experience in trading, fintech, crypto, or real-time data systems
