- 3+ years of experience leading B2B marketing or event strategies, either within a corporate marketing department or a high-paced agency environment.
- Expertise in the China digital advertising and e-commerce landscape, with a deep understanding of the local agency ecosystem and partner marketing dynamics.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin and English, featuring the ability to localize global product narratives into impactful Simplified Chinese sales materials and case studies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of multi-channel marketing, specifically in executing offline "tentpole" events (e.g., ChinaJoy, GTC), account-based marketing (ABM), and partner-led initiatives.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the autonomy to lead complex, multi-stakeholder events from logistics to content creation while maintaining strategic alignment.
- A proven track record in Influencer Marketing or KOL management, specifically in leveraging industry voices to build B2B brand authority.
- Experience in "Realize" brand positioning, helping to differentiate our offerings in a highly competitive market through creative and innovative campaigns.
- Architect China Growth Strategy: Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop and execute a localized marketing roadmap that maximizes long-term ROI and business growth.
- Drive Advertiser-Centric Joint Events: Lead the strategic planning and end-to-end execution of high-impact joint events with agencies and industry partners. You will own our presence at major summits (e.g., ChinaJoy, GTC) while curating bespoke partner-led initiatives designed to capture advertiser interest and accelerate lead generation.
- Innovate Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with third-party industry partners and KOLs to facilitate high-value co-marketing activities.
- Drive Realize Brand Awareness: Develop creative marketing initiatives, including influencer collaborations, to strengthen the market presence of the Realize brand.
- Cultivate Client Loyalty: Design and execute bespoke customer retention programs, ranging from exclusive client entertainment events to strategic gifting initiatives.
- Adapt Global Insights: Localize and optimize sales presentations, vertical-specific content, and market insights to resonate with the unique needs of the Chinese market.
