- Develop product expertise with a customer-first mindset: Build a deep understanding of a specific product area and its value to customers by analyzing product usage, customer behavior, and support feedback.
- Support customer success initiatives: Collaborate closely with Sales teams to understand customer pain points, identify improvement opportunities, and champion customer needs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive customer impact through insights: Assist in translating user feedback and data into actionable insights that help shape product priorities and enhance the customer experience.
- Enhance the onboarding and adoption journey: Contribute to the development of onboarding guides, product tutorials, and success metrics that support customer enablement and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively across teams: Share key product developments, customer wins, and feedback trends with cross-functional stakeholders in a clear, structured, and impactful way.
- Contribute to a culture of quality and service: Promote a mindset of continuous improvement by helping teams prioritize enhancements that deliver tangible customer value.
- BS in engineering or business degree or related technical fields
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in product operations, product support or a similar role in ad-tech, SaaS or consulting industries,
- Effective communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in working with data to identify trends and insights for action.
- Systems thinker with the ability to independently carry out rigorous problem solving
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from peers across Go-To-Market, product, and sales teams.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English
- Experience with SaaS products, especially in ad-tech or mar-tech domains
- Experience working with or in support of teams with various technical knowledge 1-2 years experience in a data analytics or analyst role
