- Assist the Training Manager to implement the training function to support corporation's business objectives and management continuity goals.
- Keep and track training data.- Present training and assist other associates with conducting training.
- Assist the Training Manager in the preparation of weekly and monthly training schedules and monthly training report.
- Be familiar with all the SOP and P&P of hotel and assists departmental trainers to plan and conduct on-the-job training.
- Assist the Training Manager in sourcing for training materials appropriate to the hotel associates and responsible for purchasing or having materials printed.
- Minimum of 2 year experience in 5-star Hotel as in same position
- Oral and written fluency in English
- At ease in a multi-cultural environment
- Good computer skills irrelevant working system
