Overview:Grow & develop business in assigned markets & accounts by selling & executing planned territory initiatives and effectively coach frontline sales team for improved execution Responsibilities:
  • Develop regional business strategy through wider - deeper Key Account & indirect coverage.
  • Ensure PGSB execution.
  • Drive direct coverage agenda for potential accounts with AU teams.
  • Manning deployment basis RU AOP budget & coaching to develop team capability
  • Put in place robust tracking measures for RU functioning
  • Drive ownership on region costs with strong control measures.
  • To set team KPIs with periodic review, actionable feedback & support Qualifications:

  • Project management : manage and motivate personnel to complete projects –Professional Selling skills
  • P&L responsibility preferred Large team responsibility preferred
  • Distributor management experience preferred
  • Industry knowledge preferred
