工作职责：Project Manager has the overall responsibility for the results of the project work according to the project agreement with the target definitions of:
- VAVE ideas generation- PPC cost improvement- Business calculation (ROI analysis)- Create schedules- Project development- Ramp-up and SOPMain responsibilities：
-Systematically handling VAVE projects management towards VAVE target-Lead VAVE idea generation, feasibility study, business case calculation-Establish product target costing and Setup project cost controlling-Lead the project members and the sub projects and the specialist teams within the defined range of the project-Monitor, control and update project plans to ensure all measures implemented on timeQualificationsEducation and working experience：
- master's degree in Business Administration, financial, with automotive engineering is a plus- working experience (3-5 years) in project management, automotive filed with financial controlling background is a plusSoft skills：-Fluent English communication skill is required-Strong influencing power-Be willing to challenge the limit-Negotiation/conflict Management-Resilient and self-motivated-Quickly finds common ground to solve problems and resolve differences.PM competence：
-Strong PM leadership skills-Implements tactics, targets, and strategy in daily work. Thinks one step ahead.-Has a good understanding of the cost-benefit-ratio of threats and opportunities-Drives benefits-oriented scope and requirements management with team and other stakeholders-Shows proactive decision-making even in complex and critical situations for maximizing project benefits.-PMP certified, NPDP as a plus
