- Support the Category Replenishment Manager in driving KPI achievement for E2E inventory management and supply chain efficiency.- Assist in understanding category merchandising strategies and translate them into actionable supply chain plans.- Coordinate omni-channel inventory management to ensure stock availability and efficiency.- Facilitate supplier collaboration to secure resilient supply and reduce risks.- Support identification and execution of initiatives/projects for continuous improvement of operation efficiency and accuracy.- Provide visibility of key data and progress to cross-functional teams and build alignment.Responsibilities:KPI Tracking & Reporting- Support in defining and tracking SMART KPI metrics.- · Prepare weekly/monthly performance tracking reports and alert risks.- · Consolidate insights and present to key stakeholders for alignment.Category E2E Inventory Management- Inventory management on product life cycle: new/rollout, on shelf, drop.- Promotion/ campaign inventory planning and execution.- Drive inventory health and solutioning to risks.- Purchase budget and ordering management for his/her business lines.Supplier Supply Performance management- Maintain supplier master data and performance scorecards.- Follow up with suppliers on lead time, MOQ, and delivery schedules.- Support supply interruption management and escalation to manager when needed.- Assist in preparing supplier collaboration meetings and inventory projections.Project Management- Support manager in identifying opportunities for process improvement.- Help coordinate project timelines, budget tracking and documentation.- Prepare meeting notes, follow-up action items and status updates.- Assist in risk tracking and escalate critical issues to manager.Digital Solutions- Collect operational pain-points and assist in bridging them with tech teams or digital solution providers.- Prepare data sets, dashboards and support UAT/testing for new digital tools.Cross Team Collaboration- Support smooth communication between supply chain, merchandising, finance, and retail teams.- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and follow-ups.- Help resolve conflicts by consolidating facts and aligning on next steps.Qualifications:- 3+ years working experience in supply chain, inventory management, or planning.- Experience with omni-channel retail model and basic knowledge of category inventory management.- Proficiency in Excel and SQL; exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or automation tools is a plus.- trong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.- Good written and oral English skills.- Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and grow into an independent manager role.- Able to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
