The position will develop Membership Business as well as drive innovations and fan growth in China. We are looking for a senior expert and strategic Growth lead to join our fast-paced team in China.Key responsibilities:As a Growth lead, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion on DTC's business by developing and implementing innovative approaches to acquire and retain customers, increase orders, and optimise user experience and engagement to drive digital asset.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Marketing as well as different business departments to identify growth opportunities, develop product initiatives, and implement data-driven experiments to improve key growth metrics. We are passionate about creating the exceptional fans & user experiences, using data to drive insights for business innovation and transformation, and thrive in a high growth environment.Our Client is foreign company, a pioneering brand in the sports industry|The position will develop Membership Business as well as drive innovations

Familiar with the UpToDate methodology of user growth.
Rich knowledge of community operation and UGC growth strategy.
Creative and result driven.
Ability to understand complex ideas and problems in a fast-paced and cautious environment with strong ability to identify, communicate, and advocate for solutions at both high and granular levels.
Ability to work under pressure with ownership and leadership skills to drive projects and deliver result.
Great understanding of sports IP in China with knowledge of fan psychology is an advantage.
Previous successful experience in growing APP DAU and MAU with cost effective approaches.
10 years of experience in high tech or related industries
Bachelor's Degree or higher.
Fluent English is an advantage.
