- HR KPI reporting - communicating workforce metrics, collation and validation of country reporting; preparation of regular HR KPI reporting and performing data analysis to assist in business decision
- develop mechanisms to better monitor effectiveness of HR organization, HR performance, HR scorecard and reporting; monitor and identify trends/ warning signs and make recommendations with other HR functions
- evaluate HR controls effectiveness and support Controls and Risk International Standardization Platofrm (CRISP) assessment for Country office
- manage Employee Opinion Survey & HR related surveys which includes building of report structure, survey ordering and report generation, communicate and provide framework for management team to work on improvement items with the assistance of of HR Business Manager
- work in collaboration with HR Business Manager in promoting employee engagement and satisfaction; building understanding & communication from employees, ensuring an open, responsive and harmonious working environment
- coordinate the rollout of Global and Regional programs within the Country such as Employee of the Year, Employee Appreciation Week, DHL's Got Heart, Health & Wellbeing, Content Management and utilization of Smart Connect employee mobile apps etc.
- conceptualize and drive/coordinate local employee engagement programs
- enhance employee branding by coordinatng employee awards applications
- University degree in human resources management, psychology, communication or related disciplines
- at least 10 years' experience in driving employee engagement programs
- good presentations and project management skills
- ability to influence across all employee levels and lead cross functional teams, and be creative in driving programs that could raise employees awareness on health and wellbeing
- details conscious, and be able to make sound and logical judgement
- Good English and Chinese writing
- A self-starter and able to work independently
