- StrategicBD &NewBusinessExpansion:
- Overall responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of new business expansion for the group in various industries.
- Responsible and promote the expansion of key new customers, new market segments, and new business models at the group level, driving revenue opportunities of several hundred million yuan.
- Responsible for the overall planning, resource coordination, solution formulation and result delivery of cross-industry strategic projects.
- PlatformStrategicPartnership:
- Manage the relationships with the great management of various major internet platforms, and establish a long-term, stable and mutually trusting cooperation mechanism.
- Be responsible for promoting the implementation of joint business plans, joint BD projects, resource exchange cooperation and other deep cooperation models of the platforms.
- ExternalEcosystemDevelopment:
- Work together with external partners to promote policy information acquisition, industry research cooperation, and the exchange of business resources, thereby providing systematic support for the group's new business.
- Cross-BULeadership:
- Coordinate and lead multiple BU teams, and manage high-complexity cross-departmental group-level projects. Monitor the project progress, key milestones and final delivery quality to ensure the successful implementation of innovative business from 0 to 1.
- KeyAccountSupport:
- Support high-level communication and long-term cooperation expansion for existing group-level key clients. Participate in the annual planning, quarterly review, and innovation project co-creation for core strategic clients.
- 8 years or more of experience in strategic business development / enterprise strategy / ecological cooperation / large customer group management; preferably with background in internet, e-commerce, marketing technology, and consumer products.
- Have experience in multi-platform cooperation, and be familiar with platform resource systems, business models and strategic cooperation processes.
- Have successful experience in driving high-complexity cross-industry and cross-BU projects.
- Preferable to have background in large groups / good service providers (such as marketing, digitalization, e-commerce, consulting companies).
- Strong strategic insight: Able to understand industry trends, platform policy changes, and new consumer business trends.
- Strong communication and influence over senior management: Capable of demonstrating professionalism in VP/CXO scenarios and managing the business.
- Outstanding project management and resource coordination skills, able to implement 0-1 innovative models.
- Deep customer relationship management capabilities, with successful cases of driving business growth of hundreds of millions of scale preferred.
- Fluent English
- Competitive annual salary ranging from CNY 1,080,000 to CNY 1,320,000.
