Create a culture of safety and 5s, identify/remove safety hazards.· Determine and ensure the labor resource based on the capacity requirements, controlling costs of indirect/direct labor & overhead, and measuring/managing manufacturing cost variance.· Implement and control the production schedule as required to achieve on-time-delivery.· Develop team professional skills through training program. Maintain a skillful and energetic team to meet business requirement.Qualifications for the Role· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering· 5 years of experience in Advance Manufacturing/Production Management· Knowledge in Motor Performance, MES.· Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement.· Proficient English verbal and writing skills.What’s in it for you?We empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
