Job OverviewKey Responsibilities

Account management: serving as the dedicated point of contact for all service matters specific to assigned accounts, and monitoring and tracking the status of monthly revenue budget and cost targets; proactively communicating with accounts to understand their demands and requirements and providing suitable solutions to make sure the budget and profit target set for the accounts are met.
Reporting and Documentation: generating project reports, including status updates, progress reports, and risk assessments. Maintaining accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and other project-related documents.
Daily operation: handling of daily orders using company system, coordinating resources, designing client-facing workflow, monitoring the project process, regularly visiting accounts, managing quality feedback, prepare billing reports, etc.
Sales support: Supporting sales team in hunting new logos.
Training and Development: providing training to junior project managers and project managers to improve project management capabilities.

Skills & Experience

Budget and profit target met.
IP project delivered on time.
IP project delivered against quotation or any deviation from quotation clearly explained.
Responsiveness to client and local agent queries
All deadlines met.
Customer satisfaction with delivery of IP project.
3 or 5-year experience in IP focused role essential.
Ability to interact and communicate with clients effectively.
Exceptional time management skills.
Planning and organizing.
Team Player
Self-starter and acts upon own initiative.
Ability to solve problems and offer solutions.
