Lead CI Events and Projects: Drive continuous improvement activities and projects aimed at optimizing processes and improving operational efficiency. Collaborate Across GFA COE Teams: Work closely with other GFA COE teams to achieve sustainable operational excellence and drive comprehensive improvements to align with global controllership strategies and objectives. Partner with GFA Suzhou COE Team: Co-develop a productivity improvement roadmap and regularly review CI framework completion status to achieve productivity savings targets on time and on budget. Engage in Corporate Finance CI Community: Participate in the Corporate Finance Continuous Improvement Community Forum, positively sharing the best practice that has been implemented at the GFA COE Suzhou Center and assist GFA COE Suzhou team attend global CI competitions to strengthen GFA's organizational branding and increase network with global controllership team. Drive Customer Service Excellence: Implement the Annual Plan to foster an effective communication environment and enhance customer service quality. Bachelor's degree Over 7 years working experience in driving operational excellence Good knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and finance process for each workstream. Possess working knowledge of Oracle/SAP systems Understanding of Power BI, Power Automate, RPA solutions, and other digital skills. Experience in continuous improvement and/or relevant certifications such as Six Sigma Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects. PMP certificate is preferred. Good interpersonal and communication skills to interface effectively with all levels in the organization both in English and Chinese. Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build global networks.
