- Key in customer orders to system, work together with Master planner to fix and reply the OA and OA strcuture.
- Responsible for orders handling in D365 system.
- Ensure effective communication of all sales orders for the delivery issues both internally and externally.
- Reply mails from customers in time.
- Receive and feedback customers requests and arrange customer factory visit accordingly.
- Invoice sales orders and arrange the delivery based on terms of delivery on time. Support customs inspection documentation if necessary .
- Base on the OA change rule to follow the OA change request both externally and internally.
- Ensure efficient and effective customer service with focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Coordinates FAT dates, receptions and FAT comments transfer.
- Product certificate and factory test report collection, paper certificate courier to the customer.
- DN handling related OH parts.

- Run monthly meeting with SH sales to make sure the business running smoothly.
- Finish weekly and monthly reports.
- Take an active role in the DSB performance meetings and improvement meetings.
