Overview:Objective:This is a newly created role to support: * Drive Beyond PC E2E marketing solution for emerging channels (Snacks store, Sam’s etc.) with agility and efficiency.
  • Lead GCR Snacks club format portfolio transformation to incubate future business
  • Sustain Beyond PC permissible platform growth - PopCorners and Lay’s Yam.
Scope of the role is to support:
  • End-to-end marketing of PopCorners brand
  • End-to-end marketing of Yam product line in synergy with Lay’s brand strategy
  • Product and brand experience development to drive growth in emerging channels across all BPC brands
  • Club format innovation strategy and pipeline delivery of 5 brands: Lay’s, PopCorners, Cheetos, Bugles, Doritos
Responsibilities: * Support to develop a focused end-to-end marketing strategy of PopCorners in China and drive synergy of innovation, marketing campaigns and GTM to build product penetration in mega cities
  • Sustain Lay’s Yam product line and continuously educate consumers with the permissible benefit through on-pack and in-store visibility enhancement
  • Accelerate business growth by planning consumer-centric innovation strategy of club format
  • Launch meaningful and scalable BPC innovations to tackle shopper unmet needs in emerging channels. Craft flavor strategy, occasion-relevant packaging innovation and drive effective PPA design
  • Product and brand experience development to drive growth in emerging channels across all BPC brands
  • Act as channel-out champion and develop team capability of grabbing channel-shift opportunity to build brand growth
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor and above, at least 10 years of marketing experiences with proven success in FMCG innovation
  • Experienced in brand communication strategy and campaign operation (must-have)
  • Outstanding influencing skill and interpersonal skill, able to drive efficiency and clarity when handling projects with high complexity
  • Strong business acumen and consumer/market centric thinking
  • Self-motivated, high agility, result-driven mindset, excellent in managing multiple tasks
  • Fluent in English, excellent in presentation skills
