1. Have a deep understanding of the Windows operating system, be proficient in operating system installation and related configurations, and be able to quickly troubleshoot user computer problems and provide on-site or remote support.
2. Understand the working principle of the computer domain and be able to use and operate it correctly. ...3. Able to independently and quickly solve software and hardware problems on desktops, notebooks, all-in-one printers, mobile terminal equipment, conference equipment MAXHUB, projectors and other equipment.
4. Have a certain understanding of printing equipment and conference equipment on the market, and be able to independently perform security maintenance of printing and conference systems and servers to ensure the normal operation of the system.
5. Support the use and maintenance of Microsoft O365 office suite, VPN and other office software to solve user problems.
6. Assist the company's security maintenance personnel to upgrade system vulnerabilities and daily updates of protective software on users' computers.
7. Able to quickly solve and diagnose desktop network problems.
8. Carry out relevant registration and management of IT assets.
9. Summarize common problems, maintain a knowledge base and conduct regular training for employees.
10. Skype support and operation, experience in supporting mainstream video conferencing systems (Zoom, Tencent, Webex)技能和经验要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in computer, information or related fields.
2. Have more than 1 year of experience in IT system operation and maintenance, network management, system management, and server management.
3. Proficient in Windows, O365 and other software, and able to quickly solve terminal system problems.
4. Have certain basic knowledge of network, server and information security, such as basic management and maintenance experience of FTP, LAMP, SIP phone, AD, DHCP and other services, and be able to quickly judge network, hardware and software faults.
5. Have the ability to learn quickly, have good professional qualities, be good at communication, be careful in work, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
