1. Build mathematical models based on data to discover market trends and develop market-making strategies.
2. Conduct model testing prior to the implementation of market-making strategies.
3. Track the live performance of strategies, continuously optimize and improve existing strategies.
4. Design orderbook strategy models.
5. Collaborate with the team on various research projects.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 2 years or more of experience in market-making strategies within the blockchain industry.
2. Solid understanding of financial fundamentals, capable of comprehending arbitrage, hedging, and derivative pricing.
3. Strong programming skills, particularly in scientific computing frameworks (numpy, scipy, pandas). Experience in data analysis using Python is advantageous. Proficiency in Golang is a plus.
4. Familiarity with general modeling procedures and basic model principles.
5. In-depth research on micro-orderbook structures/order flow.
