Industrialization Project Leader 1

• Overall industrialization and general Project Management.
• Project Manager coordinating operational activities.
• Budget planning for the NPI project and coordinate the cost control in operation stage.
• Business improvement projects as part of the job.
• Ensure NPI project status management for industrialization tasks of new products.
• Ensure good NPI project status communication to the divisional NPI teams and to Operations stakeholders.
• Project management of product transfer projects between Barco Suzhou and other Barco plants with reasonable cost and delivery time.
• Other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.

• Above 5 years with process & project management experience.
• Experience in display industry is preferred.

• Strong project management abilities.
• Full operations cooperation and ownership.
• Rich experience of team management and coaching.
• Be able to influence & inspire team member.
• Able to manage and execute multiple, complex tasks and deal with work pressure.
• Good Communication skills and fluent English abilities both in oral & written.
• Analytical thinking with self-initiatives & positive working attitude.
• Good knowledge of lean and continous improvement.
• PMI/PMP certificate is a plus
