Then this is your chance to join us as Senior Product Development Engineer!What is the job about?Contribute to the Scrum Team's deliveries by applying Engineering skills.Drive task from the Back-log and supervise less experienced product development engineers.Conduct analysis and support designing, developing, and implementing complex systems and solutions.Handle day to day tasks supporting the technical documentation.Your main responsibilities:
- Product knowhow and documentation
- Lead and participate in the entire systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system architecture design, development, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, performance metrics, and design constraints based on product specifications and customer needs.
- Conduct thorough feasibility studies and trade-off analyses to select optimal solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Develop and document system architectures, block diagrams, and interface specifications to guide the implementation and integration of hardware and software components.
- Coordinate with hardware and software engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of subsystems and components, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development process.
- Conduct system-level testing, performance evaluation, and validation to ensure compliance with product requirements and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with system development and implementation, and propose innovative solutions to enhance system reliability, robustness, and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to less experienced engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in systems engineering methodologies, tools, and technologies, and identify opportunities to leverage emerging trends in product development
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Technical knowledge with product development
- 5-15 years relevant experience
- Proficient English - verbal and written.
- Understanding Agile principles
