- Successfully close, sign, and activate new client accounts from the China region, leveraging leads from various channels such as online platforms, partnerships, BDRs, etc.
- Engage with and capitalize on opportunities from Horizons' existing client base, ensuring project closures and activations.
- Independently generate a robust outbound sales pipeline, driving the process from lead generation to client activation.

- Own the entire sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads across diverse sources (marketing initiatives, partnerships, outbound efforts, networking, etc.) to converting them into successful business deals.
- Promptly engage with new leads, upholding the highest standards of sales excellence to initiate a premium sales experience.
- Actively develop your own project pipeline by reaching out to and securing new, previously unengaged (cold) companies through outbound strategies and leveraging your professional network.
- From day one, nurture and strengthen relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their business needs and challenges, and ensuring superior post-sales satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Diligently manage and record all sales activities in our CRM system, maintaining high-quality data for continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate closely with other customer-facing teams within Horizons (operations, legal, product, marketing) to enhance our customer-centric service offering.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets by focusing on client retention, expansion, and growth.
- Exhibit proficiency in pipeline forecasting, management, and documentation.
- Participate actively and punctually in all relevant sales meetings, contributing meaningfully to discussions.

- 通过关注客户保留、扩展和增长,始终达到或超过每月和每季度的目标。
- 展现在管道预测、管理和文档记录方面的熟练程度。
- 积极准时参与所有相关的销售会议,有意义地参与讨论。
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales or Business Development within a technology environment, preferably in HR or payroll software sales.
- A passion for problem-solving, with a keen interest in understanding and rectifying underlying issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with prospects through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Skilled in negotiating business terms with diverse client groups, including line-of-business, procurement teams, and senior management.
- A track record of developing strong client relationships and leaving no stone unturned in this pursuit.
- Proven success in building and closing deals from an outbound sales pipeline.
- A history of exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
- Known for high energy and positivity, with a collegial spirit appreciated by teammates.
- A driven, success-oriented mindset, balanced with a positive attitude and self-initiative.
- Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce is advantageous.
- Language requirement: native fluency in Mandarin Chinese, good English.
