1.体系&产品认证
1.1 负责工厂ISO 9001质量管理体系的实施、维护及持续改进。
1.2 根据项目的进度要求和认证需求，制订产品认证计划。
1.3 负责对接审核机构、认证机构、检测单位，确保审核、认证及检测工作按计划实施。
1.4 负责编制、修订管理手册，管控并管理相关体系、认证文件等，确保符合标准及法律法规的要求。
1.5 组织内部审核，制定审核计划，推动不符合项的整改及闭环管理。
1.4 协助管理层开展管理评审，输出改进建议并跟踪落实。
1.5 对接第三方认证机构，协调外部审核工作，确保体系或产品认证顺利通过认证及监督审核。
1.6 组织员工体系及产品认证相关知识培训，提升全员质量、合规意识。2.质量管理
2.1 负责转移项目的质量策划，参与项目评审会议并给出评审意见。
2.2 历史问题的经验教训在新项目中制订管控方案，质量管控前置。
2.3 项目转移试制过程总结质量相关问题，并跟进解决闭环。
2.4 协助客户审核并跟踪审核发现项，直至解决闭环。
2.5 过程质量问题的统计分析与解决，提升产品的合格率。
2.6 负责过程审核的实施，对审核过程中发现的问题推动相关部门整改并验证闭环。
2.7 持续改进质量控制，优化检验方式方法并培训相关人员。
任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，机械或机电相关专业。
2.拥有5年及以上质量相关工作经验，至少2年以上的体系或认证相关工作经验。
3.熟悉ISO9001体系标准，具备ISO9001内审员资格证，有CCS，CCC及CEL产品认证经验更佳。
4.熟悉APQP、PPAP、MSA、FMEA、SPC五大工具，以及PDCA、8D、5Why、A3等质量工具，有推动不符合项整改及闭环管理经验。
5.能熟练的使用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件，良好的文件编制能力，能编制体系认证文件及相关报告。
6.责任心强，具备较强的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力。
