- Analyze business processes and identify digitalization opportunities in manufacturing, supply chain, quality and engineering functions.
- Lead or support digital workflow design and implementation for systems such as OMS, PPS, SNS, MES or other MADE digital solutions.
- Translate user requirements into functional specifications, process maps and system logic.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency, visibility and data accuracy through digital tools.
- Support integration of manufacturing, supply chain and business systems to enable end-to-end process flow and data connectivity.
- Develop dashboards, reports and data visualization tools to support business monitoring and decision-making.
- Drive standardization and simplification of business processes through digital platforms and automation tools.
- Support user acceptance testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution and system optimization.
- Provide user training, documentation and change management support to improve solution adoption.
- Collaborate with AI, automation and operation teams to enable intelligent digital workflow enhancement.
- The ability to perform independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to influence and negotiate with people and resolve issues/problems.
- Communicate recommendations and decisions across the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced technical environment, absorb technical information, review technical information and make technical decisions.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Automation or related field; Master degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years direct experience in digitalization, manufacturing systems, supply chain systems or related engineering role.
- Experience in manufacturing, biotech, life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Direct experience in process digitalization, workflow design, ERP/MES/SCM systems, or low-code/no-code platform development is preferred.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain flow and business process integration.
- Proficient with Microsoft tools; Word, Excel, Power Point; experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, VBA, or other digital tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and teamwork skills are required.
- Experience in process mapping, user requirement gathering, testing and change management.
- Ability to analyze and process data and draw the appropriate conclusions.
- Experience prioritizing conflicting demands.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and influencing skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skill in English, be able to work in a multicultural environment.
- Practical experience in ERP/MES/OMS/PPS/SNS or similar digital systems.
- Ability to achieve goals independently within a challenging time frame.
- Number of digital solutions delivered and adopted.
