- Achieve assigned quarterly and yearly sales revenue in the assigned sales territories through the management of dealers / distributors. Support dealers by products training, technical/academic solution for customers' complaint. Facilitate dealers/distributor to sell STERIS products to end-users. Monitor all the business process to ensure the smooth business flow, especially for VIP hospitals and customers. Manage time, travel, and sales activities to maximize effectiveness on a monthly basis.
- Maintain sound dealer relationship through timely responses to dealer inquires via accurate and timely communication. Evaluate non-routine complaints from customers and dealers, find out the cause of the complaint and take appropriate action to ensure the problems to be corrected and never recur any more. Assist in recruiting distributors within the territory and developing distributor sales force through the use of programs / information communications, as well as group training sessions. Work closely with the STERIS dealers / distributors and STERIS management in developing ideas and programs to deal with changing market environment.
- Ensure maximum customer support is provided by STERIS distributors within the Territory through daily sales management.
- Collect the competitor information and market demand trend, working with Key Opinion leader in the industry and build up a legitimate and professional relationship to KOL and VIP customers, participating in the local congress or medical show along with dealers to promote STERIS products and branding.
- Responsible for timely, accurate reporting of weekly and monthly sales and marketing measurements reports, including but not limited in forecasts.
- Comply with the spirit and letter of laws, government regulations and company policies including Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. His/her attitude and behavior reinforce company policies and programs by exhibiting and expecting the highest standards of performance and professional conduct. Undertake and define a program of self-development.
- Handle other duties and responsibilities as are periodically assigned or requested.
- Bachelor or college's degree or above
- Minimum 5 years documented technical sales and dealer management experience in the healthcare industry; prior regional related sales experience preferred.
- Experience in Infection Control, Operating Room or Central Sterile Services Department is preferred.
- Be able to read, write and speak English and Mandarin Chinese.
- High degree of interpersonal skills and have good sales track record.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and manage own time effectively.
- Good working attitude. Positive, proactive and customer service manner with externally and internally.
