- Conduct day-to-day management of public affairs and strategic communications client accounts
- Work with a highly motivated team to strengthen the firm’s communications offerings in China and globally
- Provide input towards the development of the firm’s strategic direction in the China market.
- Grow and strengthen connectivity with other regional and global offices
- Develop and execute plans for business development with large Chinese companies and multinational corporations
- Lead the creation of high-quality client deliverables, business development proposals and marketing collateral
- Provide input for the practice’s marketing and promotional activities in China, Asia, and globally
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both verbal and written
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Track record of providing public affairs consultancy for local and international clients
- Ability to leverage existing relationships to win new business with both local and international clients
- Excellent presentation, project management and written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s own time and priorities
- A collegiate approach to working in a diverse team across China, the Asian region and globally
- Travel required to clients and to FTI office(s)
