2. Write and edit content across TikTok Shop work streams for consumer, seller and creator products;
3. Lead initiatives to improve our processes and increase our ability to drive impact;
4. Craft, proofread, and edit concise product UI content;
5. Contribute to and evolve TikTok Shop's content, voice, and style guidelines;
6. Meet and align with teams across global time zones to drive a cohesive product narrative;
7. Collaborate with and influence design, product, research, and marketing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment;
8. Participate in design critiques to drive consistency and improve content quality across e-commerce products;
9. Mentor and support other Content Designers on the team.1、为内容设计团队工作质量负责;

9、培养团队中的内容设计师。职位要求:1. Minimum of 5 years of writing (or relevant UX, marketing, translating, interpretation or writing experience) in English for e-commerce focused web or mobile applications;
2. Strong written communication skills in English;
3. Proven ability to make smart project prioritization calls;
4. Ability to rationalize design choices and content variations;
5. Ability to communicate decisions with stakeholders;
6. Experience shipping end-to-end products with complicated flows, multiple scenarios, and edge cases;
7. Experience collaborating with product management, product design, user research, engineering, and localization teams;
