As an integral part of our management team, you will oversee all HR functions and work closely with leadership to strategize and implement effective HR practices.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing any concerns and promoting a positive organizational culture.
- Implement performance management systems that drive high performance and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining up-to-date HR policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve HR processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR management and strategic initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
