  • Play the role of technical expert, proficient in addressing domain-specific challenges and driving technological innovations to achieve breakthrough solutions.
  • Deliver impactful AI solutions aligned with pre-defined business goals to drive adoption and measurable organizational value. Ensure these outcomes are achieved within the fixed project resources, optimizing cost, quality, and delivery time.
  • Execute GIO’s AI product strategy, vision, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate closely with technical experts from AIA China, GIO’s technology team, and local stakeholders to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure seamless integration.
  • Foster cross-functional partnerships to support innovation, scalability, and continuous improvement in AI product development.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Business related correspondence. Technical in between to the collaboration innovation business partners. Manage conversations with stakeholders and project sponsors
  • Manage the project team, ensuring appropriate deployment of manpower and engagement of team members (e.g., developers, algorithm engineers) to meet project objectives.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of GIO’s AI product strategy through the various projects managed.
  • Focuses on translating the product vision into actionable tasks and ensuring the successful delivery of product features that meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborates closely with GIO’s Technology team and stakeholders to implement the product roadmap and prioritize features.
  • Act as the technical liaison to Innovation Partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders such as the Project Executive Leadership Team, Project Sponsors, AI Council, and EXCO.
  • Work closely with data scientists, engineers and product managers to define business requirements and translate it to generative AI requirements for implementation.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to accelerate generative AI adoption
  • Support on creating and maintaining AI library and use case success stories
Minimum Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10+ years’ of relevant working experience.
  • Prior experience in business analyst role, AI research, trend analysis, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI and their practical applications.
  • Proficiency in business and use cases analysis and trend forecasting.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into insights.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required to effectively communicate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of insurance, finance business processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with generative AI techniques and understanding of machine learning principles.
  • Certifications in AI, machine learning or data science.
