You'll not only manage the entire finance function but also serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and the board, providing crucial insights to support our hyper-growth.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial Leadership: Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all financial matters, including business planning, capital allocation, and market expansion. Develop financial models and long-term financial plans that support our aggressive growth goals.Full-Scope Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, tax, and internal controls. Ensure financial reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant with all regulations.Capital Management & Fundraising: Lead and manage the company's capital structure. Drive fundraising efforts, including rounds of venture capital, private equity, or public market offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and financial institutions.Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.QualificationsProven Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., CFO, VP of Finance).Growth-Phase Expertise: Must have experience guiding a company through a period of rapid, high-speed growth. Candidates with experience in the internet, AI, or high-tech sectors are strongly preferred due to the similar nature of rapid scaling and operational complexity.Comprehensive Financial Command: Demonstrated experience in managing the entire financial function. You should be equally comfortable with hands-on accounting as you are with high-level strategic planning and analysis.Industry Knowledge: While experience in the financial industry is a plus, your ability to adapt to a fast-paced, innovative environment is more critical.Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a significant advantage.Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
